Now that we know that we're a great fit, you've shared what your hopes and dreams are in your next home, and you've met with a lender, it's time to begin the search for your next dream home! I'll get you set up with different searches that match your criteria and since we'll get to know each other really well, I might even show you a home or two that you hadn't thought of looking at.
You found a home! Now, I put my 18+ years of experience and negotiating skills to work for you. I will work tirelessly to ensure that you fully understand the contracts, contingencies, and timelines that are part of your offer. You're under contract! The first step is to open up your escrow account. Escrow is the the neutral third party that manages funds between the buyer, seller, lenders, real estate companies, and other lien holders, while recording the deed with the county. They will also serve as the final review period in the buying process.
The inspection process is detailed, and requires the attention of a licensed and bonded professional. From foundations and electrical to exterior condition and plumbing, there are a lot of variables that a good inspector will clue you in on. I have a growing list of experienced inspectors that I will refer to you.
